Return Eligibility

- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories and any included documentation.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fritzneo.com. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Free return shipping is available for eligible orders shipped within the United Kingdom and Germany.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
